I'm just loving all the beautiful fall colors and cooler weather. I wish it were longer.
I took on a new daily routine- bikram yoga. It is said that one session can burn up to 1,000 calories, so I decided to give it a try (well, and with other reasons and benefits in mind.) My friends and I signed up for an unlimited month of classes and we promised each other to stick it out for 30 days. So far, so good.
We started last week, Monday night, straight after work. We were sweating our butts off, but enjoyed every 90 minutes of it.
Towards the end of each class, we get so exhausted and feel like we can't push ourselves any further, but then we always make it through and feel fully accomplished. It's quite an experience for the body, mind, and soul.
Sounds relaxing.

It's a great way for me to clear my mind, especially since the New Year is quickly approaching! Thanks for the post, and best of wishes to you and your workout buddy! Those are always the best to have!

I love seeing all the culture and traditions alive in small towns in Mexico, so amazing! & onto this post, wow I'm impressed w/ the Bikram!! I always want to try it but never have. Hope you're getting some nice cool weather down there as well, it's been amazing in phx : )
