Shiseido Sheer Matifying Powder

I think I found my new favorite face powder. I've been using the Shiseido Sheer Matifying Compact for about 3 weeks now and I love it. 

I originally came across this compact as a product sample, and honestly, I didn't think much of it in the beginning  As the days went by, I started liking the silky glow like finish it gave off. The powder played well in smoothing out my features and giving an overall softer appearance. It also worked as a good setting powder with a little bit of oil control for me.

Now as a first time Shiseido  user, I find this compact works really well with my oily skin type, especially in this drier climate that I live in. Touch-ups are hardly needed and for the price, a little goes a long way. I use either a flat top or powder brush for the application and it goes on smooth giving off a sheer to medium coverage.

The compact case is sold separately, but the compact refill comes with a good sponge in which makes for a great tool when building up for a full coverage look. 

So here it is, my current everyday wear.
