A few months back some friends and I decided to go wine tasting in Sonoita, a small town south of Tucson also known as "wine country." Who would of thought Arizona's desert ground could produce such delicious wine.
As we were sampling some of the owners' proud wines, I realized that my taste has slowly shifted in time and now favor more of the reds. I actually ended up taking home two bottles of this particular vineyard's award winning merlot blend, the Rincon Red and White Merlot. I was relieved to know that they also sell their product at Total Wine as well. This saved me the worry of having to drive the hour ride for more.... because I already finished the bottles. ;)
The scenery there was so beautiful. The many acres of open land, vineyards, and roaming horses was very refreshing to see from the city life I experience everyday. I just wanted to sip away any worries and stay.
Ah I love these photos! It makes me want a holiday (and I'm stuck in exams booo!). Wine tasting.. Yum! :D
