Today I'll be spending time with the fam and getting my eat on. A's mom is making jampong (a spicy korean seafood soup) for dinner, and I'll be bringing over my secret fried chicken recipe. Such an interesting choice of food, I know, but I guess the traditional ham wasn't in much need this year.

happy late easter! i can't believe it is april already too! my mom gave me some kimchi jigae on saturday so that was my easter dinner (after having some more "traditional" type foods). overall the weekend was full of lots of eating. hope youre weekend was lovely!
