Wow, these past couple of weeks have been extremely busy....yet fun! With this holiday season, there were some Christmas parties held, Secret Santa exchanges made, lots of presents decorated, and so much more. By the end of it all, I was completely crafted out! Putting together little packages for friends and family made me realize something, though. The time I spent on these outgoing gifts made me happy, extremely happy. This is something I truly enjoy doing. It's a passion.
You see, for 2015, I actually considered cutting down on my snail mail hobby due to a recent job promotion that requires much more of my time and dedication. But as I spent the last 4 weekends handcrafting gifts and cards filled with heartfelt gratitude, I knew that this particular hobby was one I just couldn't give up. I love it too much, and I adore all of the amazing friends I've made throughout the process. Cheers to all you wonderful creators out there!

Finding the time was somewhat challenging, but in the end it was truly worth it! Thanks for stopping by, Mary!
DeleteTo be happy, you have to find the things that you enjoy *and* make time to do them!! It may be difficult with your promotion (congrats!), but it will be worth the effort!! xx
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Jessica! Yes, I've actually penciled in extra "free time" within my calender to make sure that this hobby would not be neglected.
DeleteTrue words, it's the same with me! I met so many lovely people in 2014, I can't part with anymore! Thanks to Snail Mail! ( :
