Over the weekend, I was greeted with this happy mail all the way from Japan. My Hobonichi planner had finally arrived! Considering that it came half across the world, it only took 5 business days to get here, which is great!
Okay, so I know that last year I wasn't exactly attached to the A6 techo size, but that was then. Now that I have a clear project goal, I'm thrilled to put this notebook to use!
Just like my 2015 cousin size order, the planner came with a nice little pen and tissue holder.
The journal cover I picked out for this year is this leather one (although I so badly wish this one was still available). The feeling of it isn't too much of a wow factor for the hardcore leather lovers, but still not bad. Plus, can't go wrong with black.
More journaling project details on this soon to come!
Also, if interested, I did a video showing more of the cover here.
What are your thoughts of the Hobonichi planner? Have you tried it, like it, use it? And do you have a favorite Instagram account, blog, or source of inspiration of Hobonichi users? If so, I'd love to know!
Would love to have one, but for a broke college student, I just stick with cheap MUJI notebook and customize a separate cover for it. ^^
ReplyDeleteYes, if it wasn't for the added on shipping cost, the planner itself is actually listed at a pretty reasonable price. Now the leather cover, maybe not so much. ;)
DeleteOh I love it! It's very pretty!
